Refund policy

Cancellation
In compliance with The Distance Selling Regulations, you can cancel your order with us up to 7 working days from the day of receipt of your goods.

If you choose to cancel your order we will issue you a full refund but if your goods have been dispatched we will require you to return your complete order in their original condition and with all their original packaging at your cost. All goods will be inspected on return.

Returned goods (and return carriage charges) are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. 

Please ensure you use a suitable packaging and carriage service to prevent any damage or delay to your shipment.

Returns
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, Mr-Lacy.co.uk will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.

We will refund the returned item(s) only.  Not carriage charges

Missing Items & orders

We require to be notified of any items or orders that do not arrive to the provided shipping address, a maximum of 14 days after the recommended delivery time.
